Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in the shipping and freight forwarding industry, with a solid understanding of both import and export operations.

Requirements:

12 years of experience in freight forwarding/shipping (import and export handling required).

Strong understanding of logistics, documentation, and incoterms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
