Sales & Customer Service Executive – Loans | Day Shift

We are hiring for a Sales & Customer Service – Loans process with a corporate company in Andheri MIDC.

Job Details:

Location: MIDC, Andheri, Mumbai

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days

Week Off: Sunday fixed

Interview: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to loan products and services
• Assist customers with the loan process and required information
• Generate sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Customer handling and sales skills
• Basic understanding of loan products
• Target-oriented approach
• Candidates comfortable with working from office
