A Designer Fashion label is hiring for the profile of Sales/ Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer queries received via WhatsApp and the website in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure no customer query goes unattended, including follow-ups until resolution
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, sizing, availability, and order-related questions
- Support sales by guiding customers through the purchase journey
- Maintain a polite, brand-appropriate tone in all customer communications
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) to resolve customer concerns when needed
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in fashion or retail
- Strong customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of messages
- Professional, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
