Sales & Customer Care Executive – Logistics/Shipping

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry Experience: Logistics- Mandatory

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Executive with prior experience in the Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding or Courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and onboard new clients.
• Handle existing customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.
• Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries, shipment updates and service-related issues.
• Support business development and achieve sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of Sales / Customer Care experience.
• Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in client acquisition/onboarding and customer handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Candidates residing in or willing to commute regularly to Vaishali, Ghaziabad will be preferred.

Note: Candidates without Logistics/Shipping industry experience will not be considered.
