About the Role
We are looking for an Admissions Counselor to join our supportive, collaborative team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective students and parents, offering empathetic guidance, clarifying course details, and assisting them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Advisory: Connect with interested prospective students and parents to provide insightful advice on course offerings, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Relationship Building: Act as a supportive point of contact, answering questions with care and guiding families step-by-step through the admission process.
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain organized records of student interactions and follow-ups using standard CRM tools/MS Excel.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a passionate team to achieve mutual enrollment goals and maintain high-quality student support.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Languages: Fluency in both Tamil and English (strong active listening skills are highly valued).
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with MS Office (Excel/Word) and standard computer applications.
