Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, sales-driven Sales Counsellors who can effectively convert leads generated from multiple digital and social media platforms into clinic walk-ins and successful consultations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the lead-to-sales conversion process, and a genuine passion for consultative selling in the aesthetic healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by converting leads generated from social media, digital campaigns, and other platforms into clinic walk-ins and confirmed consultations.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, messages, and follow-ups to build interest, trust, and long-term relationships.
- Ensure high lead-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-conversion ratios by applying structured sales techniques.
- Provide accurate information about dermatology, cosmetology, hair, body contouring, and skin treatments offered at Isaac Luxe clinics.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments in a consultative and ethical manner.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to consultation.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on new treatments, packages, and promotional offers across clinics.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Complete understanding of the lead-to-sales conversion lifecycle.
- Passionate, persuasive, and confident sales professional.
- Ability to engage clients, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in sales counselling, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or luxury services.
- Experience handling digital or social media leads will be an added advantage.
