Genmowa Academy is an AI training academy in Nellore. We teach students and professionals practical AI skills, including AI video editing, AI photo editing, and AI tools for content creation and freelancing. We run online and in-person batches, and we're growing fast.

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Counselor to speak with people who enquire about our courses, understand their goals, and guide them to the right program. You'll be the first point of contact for students, so honesty and good communication matter more than pushy selling.

Responsibilities

• Call and WhatsApp leads from our ads and enquiries within 24 hours
• Understand each student's background and goals, and recommend the right course
• Explain course content, fees, batch timings, and demo classes clearly
• Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into admissions
• Invite prospects to demo classes and office visits
• Update lead status daily in our CRM or Google Sheet
• Meet monthly admission targets
• Share student feedback with the team to help us improve

Requirements

• Fluent Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong phone and WhatsApp communication
• Comfortable with targets and daily follow-ups
• Basic computer and mobile skills
• Freshers with great communication skills can apply
• Experience in sales, telecalling, edtech, or customer service is a plus
• Interest in AI and technology is a plus

• Location: 15/263, Brindavanam Rd, near Triveni Hospital, Brindavan Colony, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh 524001.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
