At Ace Fluency, we're looking for a Sales Counsellor (Remote) to connect with learners, understand their English-learning goals and challenges, and guide them towards the right learning solution.

• Speak with prospective learners over calls and understand their needs.
• Counsel prospects based on their goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Explain Ace Fluency's learning plans and help prospects make informed decisions.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert genuine opportunities into enrolments.
• Build strong relationships with prospects through meaningful conversations.
• Maintain accurate follow-up and sales records.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy and the ability to understand a customer's perspective.
• Confidence in handling questions, concerns, and objections.
• A positive, target-oriented approach.
• Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective students and enrolled students.
• Handle common sales objections related to pricing, course selection, timing and decision-making.
• Previous experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude can also apply.

• 6 working days a week
• 1 weekday off
• Sunday is a working day
