About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and results-driven Sales Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them about advanced hair restoration solutions, and helping them make informed decisions. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving treatment conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
  • Educate patients about advanced treatments, including PRP, GFC, Hair Transplants, and other hair restoration solutions.
  • Understand patient concerns, expectations, and medical history to recommend suitable treatment options.
  • Explain treatment plans, benefits, procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly.
  • Support patients in decision-making by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
  • Guide patients through pricing, payment options, and financial planning related to treatments.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing patients to improve conversion and retention.
  • Build strong patient relationships and ensure a seamless consultation experience.
  • Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and treatment execution.
  • Maintain accurate consultation records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Achieve individual consultation and conversion targets while maintaining high patient satisfaction standards.

Requirements

  • 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, Healthcare Counselling, Wellness, Aesthetics, or a related field.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Empathy, active listening, and a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and influence decision-making professionally.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, wellness, or aesthetic industries.
  • Familiarity with consultation-based sales processes.
  • Ability to explain medical or technical information in simple terms.
