Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage the sales and costing of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, pricing strategies, and cost optimization in the RMC industry. They will be responsible for acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in RMC marketing, sales, costing, and pricing.
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
Knowledge of concrete mix designs, production processes, and logistics.
Ability to analyse financial data, costing models, and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and costing software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with construction firms, RMC plants, or infrastructure projects.
Understanding of government contracts, tenders, and regulatory requirements.
