Sales with a strong background in corporate office space or managed workspace sales to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales for corporate and managed office spaces .
Identify and engage with potential clients, brokers, and corporates for leasing and occupancy.
Manage client relationships from lead generation to closure and handover.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and space customization.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
812 years in real estate or co-working space sales .
Proven experience in
B2B space selling, leasing, or corporate real estate transactions .
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Excellent communication and market understanding.
