Job Description

we are hiring A Sales Coordinator to supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication. The role focuses on improving efficiency so the sales team can focus on closing deals.

1. Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Coordinate between sales executives and clients
  • Maintain and update customer records (CRM or Excel)
2. Order Management
  • Process sales orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for dispatch and delivery
  • Track orders and update clients on status
3. Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries
  • Follow up with clients for payments, documents, or feedback
  • Coordinate internally with departments like accounts, logistics, and operations
4. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain sales data, reports, and records
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Handle invoices, purchase orders, and contracts

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients

  • Handle basic complaints and escalate when needed

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response
