Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing day-to-day sales coordination activities, including preparing quotations, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and prompt resolution of issues. The Sales Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in updating sales reports and dashboards. This position requires close collaboration with sales, operations, and service teams to help achieve revenue targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to handle inquiries, support lead follow-ups, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort with basic office and CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, sales tracking software) and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support in the IT or electronics sector is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
