We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in various administrative tasks to support the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about products and services.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate the order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records of interactions and transactions, Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in other administrative positions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field.
