We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination and a strong understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules and communicating with clients.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Support the sales team in generating proposals and contracts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
