Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, the sales team, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a good understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day sales activities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
  • Assist in improving sales operations and workflow efficiency
  • Monitor customer requirements and help resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain organized data using CRM systems and sales software
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or sales operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process and client management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in the hospitality, hotel supplies, or kitchenware industry will be an added advantage
