Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in coordination, documentation, and backend operations while ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with field sales team for daily updates and requirements
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Invoices, and Agreements
- Maintain and update sales records and reports
- Track and manage sample requests and dispatch
- Handle documentation and coordination with internal teams
- Support in export documentation (preferred)
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and B2B clients
- Arrange welcome kits for new sales team members
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills with fluent English
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Knowledge of B2B dealing with dealers and distributors
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in export documentation
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination / backend sales
- Exposure to B2B industry
