Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Assist the sales team with daily operational tasks
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel plans, and appointments
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations
- Customer Support
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Sales Coordination
- Oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Telecalling & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce company services
- Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Maintain a database of prospects and track follow-ups
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets
- Communication & Teamwork
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, accounts, and logistics
- Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and exhibitions
- Data Handling & Reporting
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends
- Assist in setting sales targets and preparing budgets
- Generate reports to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Sales Support / Telecalling)
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Experience in telecalling and lead conversion
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
