An opportunity for a sales coordinator to join our Sales team and will be responsible for supporting the sales process of a reputed manufacturing company in Kolkata
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
AGE
25-35 years
COMPETENCY
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Manufacturing Industry (preferably Gas, Engineering)
- Understanding of Sales process and commercial terms of sales.
- Skilled in quotations and proposals preparation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word , Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to manage In house Sales activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for activities related to the daily sales operations which includes:
- Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales reports
- Coordinate day to day sales operation to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and update customer records and sales database
- Manage order processing and follow up with internal teams ( Production, QC, Despatch)
- Track order status and provide timely update to clients.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payment and documentation.
Perks and Benefits:
Range of gross salary INR 20K - 30K per month, based on candidates competency level.
