About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team
in managing inbound leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring seamless communication
between clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and excellent English
communication skills, enabling effective coordination of client interactions and internal sales
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Senior Sales team
Coordinate with prospective clients to gather required information and address queries
raised by the Sales Operations team
Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients regarding submitted proposals to ensure
engagement and progression
Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team to facilitate the timely preparation
and delivery of proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including lead status,
interaction notes, follow-ups, and deal stages
Ensure smooth and professional communication between clients and internal
stakeholders to support the overall sales process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales activities
Willingness and flexibility to work in the USA time zone, as required
