About the Role
Tech Exactly is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing inbound leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales operations team. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent English communication to effectively manage client interactions and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Senior Sales team.
- Coordinate with prospective clients to gather information and resolve queries from the Sales Operations team.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals and maintain engagement.
- Work closely with the Sales Ops team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of proposals.
- Maintain accurate updates in the CRM, including lead status, notes, follow-up activities, and deal stages.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to support the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Comfortable working in the USA time zone when required.
