This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Lucknow. The Sales Coordinator will handle inside sales, support the sales team, manage customer accounts, ensure timely order processing, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also involves addressing inquiries, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales operations.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing to manage and support sales operations effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to exchange information clearly with customers and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM and order management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
