Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team by managing leads, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination between clients and internal departments. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth sales operations and timely closures.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Coordinate between sales, technical, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Track the status of leads and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion.
Client Handling & Documentation
- Handle customer queries and provide required information.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and documents with clients.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and documentation.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM data, lead sheets, and sales reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper record-keeping.
Process Management
- Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to project handover.
- Support in order processing, documentation, and internal approvals.
- Follow up with internal teams to avoid delays in execution.
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of sales process (solar industry knowledge is a plus).
