Experience:

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, backend sales, or customer handling.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team by managing leads, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination between clients and internal departments. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth sales operations and timely closures.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Coordinate between sales, technical, and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Track the status of leads and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion.

Client Handling & Documentation

  • Handle customer queries and provide required information.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and documents with clients.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and documentation.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM data, lead sheets, and sales reports.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper record-keeping.

Process Management

  • Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to project handover.
  • Support in order processing, documentation, and internal approvals.
  • Follow up with internal teams to avoid delays in execution.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales process (solar industry knowledge is a plus).
