Job Description

Responsible for coordinating sales activities by managing quotations, handling customer queries, supporting order execution, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send quotations to existing leads and customers in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails by providing accurate product and pricing information.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure consistent follow-ups for orders and payments.
  • Generate and share proforma invoices in coordination with the accounts department.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Share company profiles and product details with prospective customers to support new lead generation.
  • Maintain proper sales records, customer data, and follow-up details.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
