Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our travel team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in tourism, customer service, and sales administration. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and suppliers.

Location Requirement

This position is strictly based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Outstation candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and itineraries.
• Coordinate bookings with suppliers & Direct Client
• Follow up on payments and confirmations.
• Maintain sales records and documentation.
• Support the sales team in daily operations.

Experience Level

• 0–2 years experience in travel sales coordination, tour operations, or travel consulting
• Strong fresh graduates with relevant exposure and destination knowledge may be considered

Salary Range

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, and performance

• Clear growth path based on performance and responsibility

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite), email communication, and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations will be an advantage
