Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with customers, ensuring timely followups, processing orders, maintaining data, and assisting in smooth execution of endtoend sales operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and field sales agents for order fulfillment
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documentation
Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking
Maintain accurate sales data and update records in CRM/FMS/PMS systems
Follow up for payments, dispatch status, and documentation completion
Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone and assist in resolving issues
Support the sales department in preparing reports and dashboards
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage internal delegation tasks
Ensure timely completion of sales tasks and workflow accuracy
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor's degree preferred; HSC/Diploma holders with experience may apply
Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Good command of MS Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Strong followup and coordination abilities
