Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Automobile Sales Executive for one of our clients who will handle company-provided leads, understand customers vehicle-related requirements, recommend relevant automotive services, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on company-provided leads

• Understand customers requirements related to car repair, painting, detailing and protection services

• Explain services such as car painting, PPF, ceramic/graphene coating, dent & accidental repair, modifications and other auto-care solutions

• Prepare and share quotations/proposals based on customer requirements

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings

• Address customer queries and provide accurate information about services, pricing and timelines

• Coordinate with the workshop/technical team for inspections, quotations and service execution

• Maintain lead and customer records and regularly update the CRM

• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals

• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets

Requirements

• 6 months+ experience in Automobile Sales / Auto Services / B2C Sales / Retail Sales / Inside Sales

• Candidates from car dealerships, auto workshops, car detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, insurance or automotive services will be relevant

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Good follow-up and negotiation abilities

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach

• Basic understanding/interest in automobiles and automotive services

• Ability to convert leads into customer appointments and bookings
