Job Description

Locations: New Delhi

Required Skills

  • Coordinate with sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and coordinate dispatches.
  • Handle customer inquiries, calls, emails, and provide sales support.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers/distributors regarding orders, payments, and requirements.
  • Maintain and update lead data, follow-up status, and customer records.
  • Prepare DSR, ESR, sales MIS reports, target vs actual reports, and management updates.
  • Coordinate with accounts and sales team for billing and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales documents, agreements, quotations, tender documents, and records properly.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/store team regarding stock availability and dispatch planning.
  • Arrange sales meetings, training schedules, presentations, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Update customer details, lead status, sales data, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
  • Track sales targets, dealer targets, and pending closures.
  • Coordinate between management, sales team, service team, and customers.
  • Support field sales team in travel planning and expense documentation if required.
  • Escalate pending issues, complaints, or urgent cases to management.

Responsibilities

  • B.Tech is mandatory (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination within manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflow and coordination processes.
  • Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM/software handling will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments efficiently.
