Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)1. Lead Management
- All leads (WhatsApp / LinkedIn / Website / Expo) captured in CRM within 5 minutes
- Assign leads to sales team immediately
- Maintain 100% lead tracking
2. Follow-ups (Critical)
- Daily follow-up with:
- Hot leads
- Pending proposals
- Payment follow-ups
- Ensure NO lead is missed beyond 24 hours
3. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings for sales team
- Confirm meetings via:
- WhatsApp
- Call
- Maintain calendar discipline
4. Proposal Coordination
- Create proposals (Canva / PPT / PDF)
- Send proposals within 24 hours of meeting
- Track status: Open / Negotiation / Closed
5. Sales MIS & Reporting
- Daily report:
- Leads received
- Meetings done
- Proposals sent
- Deals closed
- Weekly pipeline report
6. Payment Tracking
- Coordinate with accounts for:
- Advance payment
- Pending invoices
- Push clients for on-time payments
Skills Required- Strong communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Fast on WhatsApp + Calls
- Organized (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Aggressive follow-up mindset
