Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales function through coordination, tracking, reporting, and operational execution. This role involves close collaboration with pan-India sales teams, technical teams, beauty advisors, and HO stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, and timely follow-ups.
Roles and Responsibilties:
- Mapping and tracking daily sales team visits and maintaining accurate visit reports.
- Raising, tracking, and coordinating tickets with the technical team across India and ensuring timely resolution.
- Sending and following up on outstanding and overdue payment-related emails with the respective salesperson kept as an alias/CC.
- Handling Beauty Advisors across India including attendance tracking, sales performance tracking, and salary/incentive coordination.
- Punching all HO primary orders on Grahak for key accounts with accuracy and timely execution.
- Tracking consumption of samples for the South India region and maintaining proper utilization records.
- Managing and verifying expenses of the South India sales team and coordinating approvals with HO.
- Tracking and maintaining samples inventory across India and ensuring proper distribution and reporting.
- Preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to sales visits, orders, samples, expenses, and Beauty Advisor performance.
- Coordinating closely with sales, technical, finance, and HO teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication (email and phone)
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
- Experience with ERP/order systems (Grahak preferred)
Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations (Beauty/FMCG preferred)
- Experience handling pan-India sales teams is an advantage
