Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and order records.
- Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations for clients.
- Communicate with clients for order follow-ups, dispatch updates, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and invoicing.
- Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM systems, and follow-up sheets.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales documentation (quotation, purchase orders, invoices, etc.).
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
