Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and order records.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations for clients.
  • Communicate with clients for order follow-ups, dispatch updates, and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM systems, and follow-up sheets.
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales documentation (quotation, purchase orders, invoices, etc.).
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
