Sales Coordinator (LED Lighting Industry)

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in the LED lighting industry. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, assisting with sales operations, and ensuring seamless customer service. The role encompasses administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the sales process and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience with Sales and related processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and sales-related software
• Prior experience in the LED lighting or a related industry is an advantage
• Educational qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Salary is upto 40k
