Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Role Objective
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between our sales team, production, and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order execution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction within the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Coordinate closely with sales, production, and customers to ensure seamless order execution from start to finish.
- Planning: Assist in weekly and monthly production planning based on current orders in hand.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for follow-ups regarding artwork approvals, dispatch details, and general queries.
- Estimation: Prepare and assist in generating accurate cost estimates for various jobs.
- Data Integrity: Regularly update and maintain all relevant sales and production data within the ERP system.
- Problem Solving: Proactively inform customers of any potential delays and suggest appropriate corrective measures.
- Support: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in Printing Technology (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales coordination.
- Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of paperboard packaging (mono cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, leaflets, blister cards, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with offset printing processes and production workflows.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Alternative Background: Candidates from Industry Flexibles or Commercial Printing backgrounds will be considered if they hold a Printing Diploma/Degree.
