Responsibilities:
• Manage a wide spectrum of activities including customer service, coordination, invoicing and administration roles.
• Providing quality customer services for call-in / emails enquiries on company's services and pricing.
• Coordination of appointment / schedules with customers and colleagues.
• Preparation of quotations, sales invoices, monthly reports, etc.
• Basic administration roles.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate in Japanese well (No requirements to be at corporate level).
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Comfortable to work on alternate Saturdays (Half Days).
• Willing and able to perform Overtime, when urgently required.
