Job Position: Sales Coordinator – IT Products & Solutions
Job Setting: Remote - India
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our IT sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations for IT hardware & software
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability & lead times
- Handle customer follow-ups and inquiries (calls & emails)
- Maintain pricing records and update CRM systems
- Support sales team in closing deals and order processing
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in IT sales coordination
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT components & configurations
- Knowledge of IT hardware & software pricing
- Experience in customer follow-ups (calls & emails)
- Experience in vendor pricing requests, follow-ups & negotiations
- Working experience in CRM tools and MS Office
- Capable of creating basic reports
