Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our interior design sales team, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities from initial enquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Coordinate with the sales team, interior designers, and project execution team.
Follow up with prospective clients, prepare quotations, and track sales leads.
Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design discussions.
Coordinate with the design team for layouts, drawings, material selections, and revisions.
Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, quotations, and sales reports.
Follow up on pending quotations, order confirmations, payments, and project updates.
Communicate project requirements and timelines to the concerned departments.
Ensure timely responses to customers and maintain good client relationships.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A degree or diploma in nterior Design, or a related field.
Experience in sales coordination, interior design, modular kitchens, furniture, or home interiors is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, email,
Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate

Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior materials, and design processes will be an advantage.

Work Location: Peenya, Near Yeshwantpur- Bengaluru

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
