Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day responsibilities including managing sales operations, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, ensuring effective communication with customers, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales process. The role will also focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and assisting in order tracking and related documentation.

  • Order management and coordination with production
  • Generating invoices for daily sales
  • Maintaining customer purchase orders and releasing sales orders for production
  • Handling export documentation
  • Coordinating with customers for dispatch and commercial documents
  • Coordinating transportation and shipping of products to customers
  • ERP entries related to sales activities
  • Maintaining daily stock records of customer-supplied materials
  • Stock entry and reconciliation of customer-supplied materials
  • Supporting ISO-related documentation and activities
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans in coordination with production
  • Preparing and submitting sales-related MIS reports to management

Please note this role does not have sales target or cold calls.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage daily sales tasks and processes.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to assist and support the sales team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle sales documentation and resolve issues proactively.
  • Familiarity with sales-related tools or CRM software is advantageous.
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
