Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales Team for daily activities and follow-ups
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Handle client communication via email and phone
  • Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer data
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, Accounts)
  • Support sales engineers in lead tracking and order execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Any discipline)
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
  • Basic understanding of sales coordination / order processing
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
