Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales Team for daily activities and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Handle client communication via email and phone
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer data
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, Accounts)
- Support sales engineers in lead tracking and order execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any discipline)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
- Basic understanding of sales coordination / order processing
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
