Job Description for Junior Sales Coordinator (Exports)

Junior Sales Coordinator performs a complete Sales process for Exports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Support the sales team in managing and coordinating international sales activities.

· Assist in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and responding to requests

· Maintain sales records, customer profiles, and documentation.

· Close the sale or deal with the Customer;

· Follow-up with the Customer for the Purchase Orders;

· Prepare & send Order Acknowledgement to the Customer;

· Update Customer POs in ERP on a daily basis by create Sales Order & Work Order

· Coordinate with Engineering for creating new part number;

· Coordinate with Accounts for preparing Invoice;

· Coordinate logistics activities Labels, Packing Slips & Shipment pickup arrangement and ensure on-time delivery of shipments.;

· Create Web Invoice for specific Customers;

· If required attend to Customer mails;

· Sample requests to be updated in ERP;

· Update Customers whenever Order is delayed providing appropriate reasons;

· Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements;

· Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies;

· Any other task assigned by management;

· Reporting to Sr. Sales Co-Ordinator

 Key Result Areas/KRAs (annual evaluation across entire Company):

· Manage complete presales & post sales order processing activities;

· Service existing Customers and obtain repeat orders;

· Develop new business opportunities;

· Advertise new products launched with existing & new Customers;

· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;

Key Performance Indicators/KPIs (monthly evaluation) for Sales:

1. Customer Delivery Schedule Adherence= …%

2. New Customers Added=….Nos.

3. New Products/New Part Nos. Added=…..Nos.

4. % of Customer POs converted to WOs within 24 hours
