Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Coordinator. The coordinator will assist in streamlining sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving performance improvements within the sales team. Daily tasks include coordinating sales processes, maintaining accurate records, managing customer interactions, and supporting team members in achieving sales targets, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Create batches for new paid customers within 24 hours of payment.
• Assign teachers based on availability and student requirements.
• Handle onboarding communication with parents.
• Coordinate batch start timelines.
• Maintain and clean CRM data regularly.
• Generate weekly performance reports (leads, demos, conversions).
• Support SDRs/AEs with operational queries.
• Create demo schedules based on CRM data.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations processes to streamline and support sales functions
