Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Chennai. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer communications, processing orders, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and addressing customer inquiries to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales teams effectively
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is a plus
