We are currently expanding our operations in Hyderabad and are looking for a highly organised and proactive sales coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process by ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and management.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, structured in approach, and capable of handling reporting, follow-ups, and communication efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key responsibilities:
• coordinate closely with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
• maintain accurate mis reports and sales performance data
• schedule meetings, demos, and client interactions
• assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation
• ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and management
• monitor timelines and ensure timely task completion
• maintain organised records of client interactions and sales activities
requirements:
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• good organisational and multitasking abilities
• proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• ability to manage reporting and documentation independently
• basic understanding of sales coordination processes
qualifications:
• ug/pg in any discipline
• Freshers with strong coordination skills may apply
• experienced candidates preferred
• immediate joiners preferred
