Role: TeleCaller

Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (Mandatory), Other Regional Languages (Added Advantage)

Experience: 2+ years

Education: BBA/Bcom/Engineer

Industry: Construction / Architecture / Interior Design / B2C Service Industry

Salary: 3.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in the B2C service industry, preferably in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or similar sectors.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead conversion, client meetings, requirement understanding, and supporting the complete sales cycle from initial interaction to closure. Strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a passion for achieving sales targets are essential.

• Call management - requirement gathering
• Schedule meetings for presentation
• Preparing proposals 
• Follow up for closure
• Handle client queries, objections..
• Payment collections
• Address post service support

• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Interior / Architecture / Service Industry Sales.
• Experience in handling B2C sales and client interactions.
• Basic understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.
• Kannada language is mandatory.
