Position: Sales Coordinator – Enterprise Sales

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day coordination, preparing sales documents, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. The role is key to improving sales efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with sales team to support ongoing sales activities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders accurately and on time
• Track orders, deliveries, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer data, price lists, and sales records in CRM/ERP
• Act as a point of contact between sales, operations, finance, and logistics teams
• Assist in sales forecasting, MIS reports, and performance tracking
• Handle customer queries related to order status, documentation, delivery timelines
• Support key account managers with presentations, reports, and data analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Coordinate with enterprise sales/KAMs for IT hardware & corporate gifting orders
• Prepare and manage quotations, BOQs, proposals, and tenders
• Handle order processing, invoicing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups
• Liaise with OEMs, distributors, logistics, and finance teams
• Track POs, stock availability, lead times, and dispatch schedules
• Maintain and update CRM / Excel trackers for pipeline, orders, and customers
• Prepare Daily/ weekly & monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and forecasts
• Support corporate gifting campaigns, bulk orders, and festive requirements
• Ensure documentation accuracy for enterprise compliance & audits
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial terms
• Time management and problem-solving skills
