Job Description: Sales Coordinator & Executive Business Operations
Position Overview:-
The Sales Coordinator & Business Operations Executive will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities :-
Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities, client follow-ups, and task tracking.
Prepare & maintain sales reports,dashboards, & trackers using advanced Excel functions (V LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, conditional formatting, etc.).
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
Maintain customer databases, lead pipelines, and sales CRM updates.
Coordinate with operations,finance, & other teams for order processing,billing, & delivery follow-ups.
Handle client queries, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication.
Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight gaps or delays.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through accurate data compilation.
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports for management.
Assist in general business operations activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (must-have) Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charts, basic automation, and data cleaning.
Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Prior experience in sales coordination or business operations is preferred.
Preferred Competencies: -
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
