Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator & Back Operations Executive to join our team in Pune.
Location: Pune
Experience: 1+ Years
Employment Type: Contractual Role – Extendable based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales order booking and documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams for invoice generation and sharing.
- Handle existing client accounts and ensure smooth relationship management.
- Track orders, invoices, and client requests for timely closure.
- Support backend sales operations and process improvements.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
✅ Hands-on experience with MS Excel (data processing, reporting, tracking, and analysis)
✅ Experience working with CRM tools and sales databases
✅ Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
✅ Knowledge of invoicing, order processing, and sales documentation
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in client account management (farming role)
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach
