Role Description

We are looking for a fast, organised and proactive Sales Coordinator who can handle day-to-day sales operations

This is a high-ownership role where speed, follow-ups, and accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries on WhatsApp & email daily
• Prepare quotations quickly and accurately
• Manage IndiaMART leads — respond, track, and highlight serious enquiries
• Follow up on repeat orders from existing customers
• Coordinate for dispatch and payment status
• Support sales team with their requirements
• Maintain basic sales tracking sheets

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales coordination / inside sales
• Experience handling IndiaMART leads preferred
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively
