Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with customers regarding orders, providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team in achieving their targets, and ensuring efficient follow-up and completion of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Basic Knowledge of PLC/ HMI/ VFD. Experience in Electrical control panle Back office sales.
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Back office sales coordination for Electrical control Panel, Automation Products & Sensors range of Business.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to provide excellent support and maintain positive client relations.
  • Experience in Sales functions, with the ability to support team goals and meet targets.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requirements and priorities concurrently.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and sales tools is an added advantage.
  • A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset to address customer needs and ensure seamless operations.
