About the Role

Agrolt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, exhibition and event management, travel desk activities, follow-ups, and effective internal coordination.

Position Details

- Position: Sales Coordinator

- Qualification: Any Graduate

- Experience: 1–3 Years

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance

- Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and maintain strong professional relationships.

- Plan and execute exhibitions and events.

- Plan and manage exhibition stalls and related arrangements.

- Manage travel desk activities, including flight, train, and hotel bookings.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and internal teams.

- Coordinate effectively with different departments for sales-related activities.

- Support the team in exhibition, event, and customer-related activities.

- Maintain proper communication and coordination to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good command of the English language.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
