Job Title: Backend Sales Coordinator (Work From Office Only)

Role Level: Executive

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹20,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month

Location: Camp, Pune

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with coordination, reporting, and payment follow-ups. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating with internal teams, distributors, and wholesalers while maintaining accurate sales data and reports.

Note:- This is a Work From Office opportunity only.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

  • Create and process sales invoices for confirmed sales orders.
  • Follow up on sales order fulfilment and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor and update stock availability for ongoing and upcoming sales orders.
  • Coordinate effectively between packing, dispatch, and sales teams.
  • Collect and consolidate daily sales updates from the sales team.
  • Ensure availability of all required resources and support for the sales team.
  • Perform payment follow-ups with customers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Provide end-to-end backend sales support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with distributors and wholesalers for order, payment, and dispatch related activities.

Tools & Software Required

  • MS Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • ERP Software

Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and present them to management.
  • Prepare analytical performance reports for:

1. Individual sales executives.

2. Distributors & wholesalers.

3. Sales volume, revenue, and outstanding payments.

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales, inventory, and payment data.
  • Assist management with data-driven insights to improve sales efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
  • Inventory management & sales order coordination.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / backend sales support.
  • Experience working with sales teams, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
